Bug Description
Glance Registry's V2 recently landed but lacks of functional tests. Once the client for it lands, it is necessary to create functional tests to verify the communication between both endpoints.

Introduced a test that verifies the /rpc endpoint being there correctly. Some expanding to that would be great still.
