Add owner filter to v1

It would be really useful to have the possibility to filter images by owner as in v2 [0].

This feature is needed to develop the tenant deletion [1] in Horizon.

Are there any reasons why horizon could not make use of the glance v2 API for this feature?

Hi Mark,

Right know we are using v1, and there is no plan to migrate to v2 yet. That would require lots of changes and I'm not sure if it's going to be done in the short term.

So, with the idea of keep working on the mentioned bp, I filed this bug. I don't know how much impact would it have or how hard could be to do this, so I'd totally understand if this is not feasible.

I'm looking for other options too, including the possibility to migrate Horizon to v2.
