glance-api now requires sql_ configs in conf file

Using folsom-1 milestone 1.

glance-api fails to startup when the sql_connection is missing from the config file.

Given the v2 API makes use of the DB we should have this listed in the default config file.

    Adds sql_ config settings to glance-api.conf.

    The Glance v2 API makes use of the DB directly. As such
    we should include the sql_ configs in the default glance-api.conf
    file.

    Fixes LP Bug #1003504.
