quiltify fails when single-debian-patch is in use

Bug Description

I'm not sure this is the case, but I came across https://code.launchpad.net/~paelzer/ubuntu/+source/unbound/+git/unbound/+merge/353786 and thought of quiltify. Does it work correctly if single-debian-patch is in debian/source/options? If so, this bug is Invalid. If not, this might need special handling in quiltify. This report is a note to self to check.
