git-review should have an autosquash option

Bug Description
In 95% of the cases , you will want to squash your local changes rather than submit all the changes for review. So it would be nice if git-review supported an --autosquash option that would automatically squash all commits and let you specify the public commit message, rather than force you to go through git rebase -i.
Then the "You have more than one commit that you are about to submit" warning can propose three options: yes / autosquash / cancel.
