Bug Description
I tried to push a change from a detached head, rather than a branch's head, and rather than asking me for a topic or simply not setting a topic, the topic was set to "(detached"
Commands:
git checkout $(git rev-parse HEAD)
git review branchname
remote: Resolving deltas: 100% (4/4)
To ssh://myusernam
* [new branch] HEAD -> refs/publish/
