Use Quickly

In order to take advantage of standard practices and to do some dogfooding and use the tools we're recommending for our platform, we should perhaps consider using Quickly for the project.

Quickly already sets up some neat things in the code, such as command-line support, standard layout based on best practices, logging, etc, as well as a command to package the project automatically.

I think to do this would be as easy as:

$ quickly create -t ubuntu-cli giraffe
$ cd giraffe
Remove the .bzr folder created by quickly
Check out the current giraffe branch
Merge the bin/giraffe file and add the rest of the quickly files to bzr
