Bug Description
How to reproduce:
1. Configure 2 finger scroll up and 2 finger scroll down
2. Do a long 2 finger scroll up
3. Without taking fingers off the device, try to do a 2 finger scroll down
Expected behavior on step 3: scroll down should begin immediately.
Current behavior: nothing happens until your fingers reach the initial position before scroll up.
