Bug Description
The configuration of the GHO needs to be set so that the externally facing URL/hostname is used for the olap-printer configuration so that the exports work for Internet users.
DO NOT CLOSE THIS BUG UNTIL AFTER DEPLOYMENT TO PRODUCTION (otherwise we're going to forget to reprogram it for the release to hqsulin02)

ugh - this is not actually a config option - need to do a small fix to the URL path constructed in Navigation.js in exportOlap, basically remove the server part of the URL and root it at the webapp name. so /ghodata/
setting to fix-committed.
