 After choosing 'WHO-regions' or 'WB incomegroups' under 'alternative views' the table is produced, but the menu above the table is disappeared.

This is a duplicate of a bug that Emily found - we're working on it already.

You still get a chocolate even though we already have this bug logged :-)
