Rename WHO webapp to ghodata

The GHO webapp will be accessible externally from the link http://www.who.int/ghodata. In order to simplify URL remapping etc - the webapp needs to be renamed ghodata from gho. This will be done in the configuration files and the assembly script that creates the deployment war file.

Fixed one of the templates to correctly get the war file name (WEB_INF_datasources.xml, it was hardwired to gho in this one, the others seem to be ok) and updated the build_gho_sample.bat script to default to ghodata instead of gho (General note, make sure that you do as in the instructions on the wiki and make your own copy of this script). Validated the change on my dev install and checked in the code - setting this to fix-committed, but need to verify that it works on gva1sucreon with the test link through the reverse proxy (http://extranet.who.int/ghodata (this link has already been set up)
