Bug Description

We need to build a production version of the GHO database that contains World Health Statistics and Millenium Development Goals for the soft launch, to be installed on the ITT prod MySQL server. Anything not relevant to making that work should be stripped out

New database with MDG and WHS only is now loaded on GVA1SUCREON. The
file GlobalHealthObservatory.xml was changed to account for removal of
CLINIC_VISIT_CODES and SECTOR_TYPE in CYCU table.

The name of the database remains the same - WHO_GHO_PROD. The previous
version is available as WHO_GHO_DEV.

Philippe, the site is working but the connection is still using root.
You should be able to change it to ghouser now. Can you please do that
and let me know how it goes?

When we have tested this I will move the same database to the live prod
server.

Thanks.

webapp on GVA1SUCREON is now using the database on hqsuudb01.who.int:3307/WHO_GHO_PROD with the ghouser account - seems to be working fine - Steve can you set this bug to fix-committed if everything is ok from your perspective?
