Bug Description
This issue was known ever since 2.3 first launched, but I need to put it here to make sure it's not forgotten
the current way that ammo sync works is flawed, The server could tell the client that he's out of ammo after he's fired, if the client gets this message before a 4th rocket is fired, then the 4th rocket is never fired, this leads to decync
