Infinitely rotating autogun

Bug Description
If an enemy stands directly on top of an autogun (e.g. with your origin on top of its origin) then when it engages you, it will be facing straight up; as spy, if you recloak while it is facing upward, it will infinitely rotate counterclockwise, briefly switching to the straight up and straight down positions. I assume this bug could be replicated on maps other than ctf_orange; however, it is the easiest to do it on, because the "window" at the front of the base makes it easy to line up correctly.
I'm guessing this bug could have something to do with spriteindex being increased every frame. If someone could record this bug (since a screenshot wouldn't really describe it very well), it would be greatly appreciated.

Tested with 4da95d9d (current master HEAD) and it still happens. In my test it was only on the client, but that might be due to subtle position differences.
