Bug Description

Another cosmetic bug nothing major
When you are Constructor and are being healed the Autogun Hud's health goes transparent

The sentry health hud just draws the health bar without ensuring the current alpha value is set to 1. The "Healer:" overlay is probably drawn just before and uses partial transparency, so that keeps being used in the sentry hud.

Fix should be trivial, just set alpha to 1 in the beginning of the sentry health hud draw event.

Could not reproduce with 2.2 anymore even though the code seems to be unchanged. Cleaned up HealthHud and SentryHealthHud anyway.
