Spy cloak cheat

Since the spy's position is always known to each client no matter if he's cloaked or not, it's trivial to write a cheat that makes him always visible.

Not sure if that can be prevented without a ton of work.

I'll also attest that this has been done. I was playing a game just yesterday as the spy and I'd be minding my own business, not messing with anyone, not near anything; sitting there. And, this one player named Bean would stop what he's doing run directly towards me, and start firing. Like, every single time. It's not that he was spy checking or anything; he wasn't. He knew exactly where I was 100% of the time and didn't fire until he was right in front of me.
