[Update Package] Freeorion in repos lacked certain features existing in 0.3.15

Basing on the static packages that some user in freeorion was offering(http://freeorion.psitronic.de/download/), r3726/r3727 was the revision that 0.3.15 tagged off. In comparison with the existing package in the repos, the repos version was actually incomplete. I already tried to compile freeorion, but was unsuccessful. As much as I want to use the static packages provided by their community, it was really slow. Hopefully, someone picks up this request. If it lacked information, please tell me so in order for me to be able to help out the GetDeb community. Thanks in advance.

There is a build error.

According to this it may be a boost error:
