PyTube requires: mencoder, ffmpeg2theora, pygtk, sox, ffmpeg ( compiled with mp4 and 3gp support wich can be found here: http://packages.medibuntu.org/pool/free/f/ffmpeg/ffmpeg_0.cvs20070307-5ubuntu7+medibuntu1.1.diff.gz
