Bug Description

๐€๐ง๐ง๐ž๐ฑ: ๐‘ช๐’๐’๐’’๐’–๐’†๐’“ ๐’•๐’‰๐’† ๐‘พ๐’๐’“๐’๐’… is a total modification of the popular Megaglest. Website - http://annexconquer.com . Uses the same engine as MegaGlest (MegaGlest Engine - GPLv3 Licensed) but different media (CC-BY_SA licensed as per https://libregamewiki.org/Annex:_Conquer_the_World ). Vaguely resembles WarZone2100, but feels brighter and more modern. The game is available for download from official website for Win, Mac and Linux (both 32&64bit builds) and also on Desura. Source on http://bitbucket.org/annexctw (Annex game source) & http://github.com/MegaGlest/megaglest-source (MegaGlest engine source).

@c-korn I couldn't find any build instructions at the game homepage. Since the game is technically a ๐Œ๐ž๐ ๐š๐†๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ mod, the build process has to be similar to MegaGlest.
I tried to contact the developer on DeviantArt, but he has'nt responded yet. He seems to be busy with his upcoming game ๐“๐ž๐ซ๐ซ๐š ๐‚๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข , which is a single player campaign mod using the same ๐Œ๐ž๐ ๐š๐†๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ engine. The crowdfunding has started - https://www.patreon.com/terra . Previews of the new work can be seen at the dev's DeviantArt page (http://delphadesign.deviantart.com/ ) and Youtube Page (http://www.youtube.com/user/DelphaDesign ). The game's on ModDB/IndieDB too (http://www.indiedb.com/games/terra-centauri-last-stand).
@c-korn If it's very difficult to package the game, let's wait until the dev responds. Or when ๐“๐ž๐ซ๐ซ๐š ๐‚๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข is released, let's package that instead of Annex. Coz on the whole, ๐“๐ž๐ซ๐ซ๐š ๐‚๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข seems like a better game and a replacement for Annex. Its single player campaign mode looks interesting while Annex doesn't have a true singleplayer (only skirmish).

Technically, Annex CtW is really just a repackaged MegaGlest release. MegaGlest's executables are manually renamed and stored in 'binary' archives:


Also MegaGlest's wrapper script is renamed and platform specific glue added:


Finally, both is combines with the game specific assets by a release packaging script:

It's not certain but also not unlikely that there will be another Annex CtW release now that MegaGlest 3.12.0 was released.
