Hi, I'm Tequila from the Smokin'Guns team.
1.1 redistribution rights are just like the 1.0 ones. As you still redistribute a 1.0 package, we won't complain if you do for 1.1 ;)

Btw you can also check LICENSE.txt from the archive. Sorry, it is related to 1.0 and wrong domain site, this is a mistake and in fact we forgot to update this one. We won't forget for the next release.

Please update
We will link the page from the our Downloads page when done.

Thanks in advance

@Guillaume Bougard:
Thanks for the answer.

However, the game segfaults here on amd64.
(Took the 1.1 svn tag for compilation)

Please have a look at the backtrace.

Thank you for the backtrace.

Effectively, we have an issue for x86_64 build. This is why we didn't put such binary in the Platform independent package. Sorry for this problem. Btw i386 build works properly, is that an issue for you to publish i386 build toward x86_64 platform ? I know this is not a perfect situation but it works and for such an "old" engine, I don't think this is totally critical. The main side effect is to force people to install i386 compatibility libraries, and I agree people not always like that.

Then we have someone on the forum who still built x86_64 binaries and packaged them for debian and Ubuntu, I'll ask him if he did something special to build the x86_64 and report his response here.

Personnaly, sorry, I'm too busy with real life to fully check and fix the problem (maybe the problem is still fixed in ioQuake3 engine mainline...).

Hum, in fact, here is still a piece of the response for Ubuntu >= 11.04: http://forum.smokin-guns.org/viewtopic.php?p=24474#p24474
Btw the guy can't just build for Ubuntu >= 11.04

Okay, I'll check the problem myself asap.

Looks like they have an Debian repository by now.

Is this still requested to be in PlayDeb also?

If possible include it, would be nice.
ecause the repository created by Dansh is quite unstable, here is already a few days offline.

Without the debian directory I cannot know how they packaged it.
