Make the "Start by command" translateable

Bug Description
I think we should be able to translate the section where it's told how the program is started. For example:
<quote>Menu: Applications -> Internet -> Deluge</quote>
should be translated.
This needs some database modification, but shouldn't be too hard...?

This will required 2 major tasks:
1) Add a new DB field, and make sute the CATEGORY field from the .desktop files is inserted there, the main issue is here is when a package provides multiple .desktop files
2) A PHP function must be able to build the translated menu item from the CATEGORY field, I don't know if we can somehow extract the loig from the gnome applications menu code and port it to PHP....
