NPE when running ClusteringCoefficient on a filtered graph

Bug Description

Way to reproduce:
1) Load sample graph LesMiserables
2) Filter the graph with Degree Range any value
3) RUn the ClusteringCoefficient metric
Throws an NullPointerException
