[UI] Windows positions are not keeped

Bug Description

Obtained by following workflow:
- start gephi
- generate random graph
- go to data laboratory or preview
- come back to overview.

The left windows with (in my case) Partition/Ranking/Cluster & Layout/Streaming take much place than previous.
And the right windows with Context & Statistics/Filtering are very small.

I cannot always reproduce it.
I have lot of installed plugin, don't know if they can create this kind of bugs.

For me it happens when running from netbeans sometimes. Windows go really crazy so I delete build directory and run again.

I use Windows 7 64 bit too
