Bug Description
Way to reproduce
1) Load LesMiserables.gexf sample
2) Go to partition, refresh and pick 'Modularity Class'
3) Group this partition
4) Delete a node on the graph, meta-node or not
5) Try to ungroup
Get NullPointerExce
