Bug Description
In some computer a driver bug make the Selection tooltip invisible (under the graph window). This tooltip is necessary to select multiple nodes inside a circle.
A way to fix it is to move the tooltip to the upper bar, in which other tools set their parameters.

Bug difficult to fix, but a good workaround has been added:
Hold CTRL or COMMAND key and use mouse wheel to resize diameter
