workspace state not saved when saving a project

All steps pursued to come to a particular network configuration (e.g. filters, labels shown, colours, undo, etc), i.e. the workspace state, should be saved when saving a project. It is frustrating to reopen a project and seeing that you have to redo part of the steps to get to your previous state / output again.

Yes that is a problem, some features are still missing there. However the statistics are now saved (see https://blueprints.launchpad.net/gephi/+spec/statistics-serialization) and filters properties as well. Ranking, Partition and some parts of visualization parameters remains.

Is it still the case in Gephi 0.8alpha?

Ranking is now saved in project. Filters as well (except the Partition filter).

Partition need still to be done. But that will be part of the refactoring like for Ranking.
