Bug Description

Way to reproduce:
1) Open the following GraphML file
2) In the import report, select "Undirected"
The n0-n1 edge has a weight = 1. The edge weight has not been merged from n0-n1 and n1-n0

GraphML sample:

There are two possibilities:
- take Max between the two mutual edges
- take the Sum between the edges weight

Introduce option in the Container in ImportAPI ?
