Node invisible (too small) when created with the node pencil

Bug Description

A node created with the node pencil is given a size (1 by default) that makes it invisible without zooming (resolution=1440*900).

I just realized that it is possible to choose the size when creating a node (sorry for that).

I think that the default value for the size of the node should not be 1 all the time but should be set to a value that make the node visible.
