live kernel ebuilds need workaround for Gentoo bug #317297

For live kernel ebuilds, the function 'kernel_is' from kernel-2.eclass fails on a 'detect_version' function loop. This is documented and in-progress as Gentoo bug #317297, https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=317297.

The workaround is to define CKV in the ebuild.
