Build for Debian 10 Buster

This is a suggestion about creating or updating the gencfsm builds to include the latest Debian 10 Buster

I would be happy to contribute testing and documentation if needed

For those not familiar with Debian release dates:
• Debian 8 Jessie is end of life (EOL) soon on June 30th, 2020
• Debian 9 Stretch is still maintained but its EOL is June 2022
• Debian 10 Buster is the latest release with EOL in 2024

For those facing a challenge with "Gnome Encfs Manager" icon not showing on Debian 10 Buster with GNOME, a temporary workaround is to install the GNOME extension "topicons" at https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/1031/topicons/
