Bug Description
After making changes to a schematic in gschem, there is no visible indication the currently-viewed page state differs from the as-loaded from file state. The "page manager" has this info, but the window is rarely open.
Something like:
-disable the "Save" button when there are no changes
-title bar indication, e.g. "[*]schematic-
The shortcut "fs" is on the level of muscle memory, but I've been caught a few times by the sequence: (user) errant mouse click/drag, distraction, "I didn't make any changes!", time figuring out what the errant click changed.

gedit prepends an asterisk to the filename in the title bar when the file is modified - I like this model.
