Bug Description

Currently, there is no immediate feedback on the state of rubber band mode or outline/box. Please include this information into the status line. Alternatively, show the current state in the menu with a check mark, like the settings menu in pcb does.

Hi KaiMartin,

Please give a bit more info on what you mean by "the state of rubber band mode or outline/box", because I'm not exactly sure what you're getting at.

Thanks,

Peter

Hi Peter.

The options menu contains a number of "toggle" items. Currently, there is no visual feedback about the current state of the respective item. There is only only one way to confirm that rubberband mode is off: Drag on a symbol and check whether or not nets stick to the pins or not. Outline/box is just another toggle option. More are "Magnetic Net" and "Snap On/Off".
