gschem: Add a net if a connection threatens to break

Currently connections can break on move under certain conditions, although rubberband option is active. This happens, if the connection is direct and "netless" between pins.

Suggestion: Add a net if a connection threatens to break during move.

Although I wonder if we'd need to make that behaviour avoidable with a simple modifier key (or perhaps _activated_ by use of a modifier key when you start the move operation).
