gattrib handling of arrow keys while editing values

Bug Description

gattrib needs to know the difference between using arrow keys to navigate between cells, and arrow keys to edit the textual contents of the cell.

I'm disinclined to mark this "opinion", as that is supposed to indicate end of discussion as far as the developers are concerned.

The initial problem is that there isn't a difference between editing a cell and navigating the grid. This leads to all sorts of problems, like arrow keys being useless for editing, and auto-copy each field as you navigate to it.
