No ordering requirement for attribute attach/detach

Bug Description
It would be more intuitive if gschem allowed attributes that were being attached or detached to be selected in any order.
The situation today is that an object, such as a component, must be selected first. The next selection should be the attribute, e.g., footprint. Finally the "attach attribute" command is executed.
I am looking for the ability to select the attribute, then the object, and then execute "attach attribute".
From a UI-design perspective this makes more sense because it is the attribute I'm interested in so it is the attribute I should be selecting.
