The one remaining problem is that it still inspects the included files. It should not do that: it
makes makefile construction trickier, since the dependencies come into play earlier than makes
sense. If an included file doesn't exist, it fails. But you should not need to have all the
included files until Spice actually includes them.
Are there any plans to fix this bug?
