Some improvement to gmk_sym

Bug Description

I imporved gmk_sym in following aspect:
  * white space change to meet gead coding style
  * Most of the definitions of pins can contain just names, other parameters can derived from the former pins.
  * Add an option to position pins counter-clockwisely.
  * update the symbol format to newer version
