4520-1.sym (dual synchronous 4 bit counter) is wrong

Bug Description
The device contains 2 counters; slot 1 is ok but slot 2 has its pins numbered backwards. (Thats cost me a bunch of PCBs)
4520-1.sym line 99 was
slotdef=
Needs to be replaced with
slotdef=
(see attached gzip file)
Applies to gEDA/gschem version 1.6.2.20110115 but I see no sign that it has been fixed in the upstream library.
