Bug Description

The default grid style was unconditionally set to GRID_MESH by 60460d8990af99999da2a611721bdb591a4723f4

On my screen this grid is basically invisible, so may as well not be there at all. While GRID_DOTS is perfectly useable.

From a question on the ml it appears that there is no way to change the default back to GRID_DOTS through a configuration option and that reverting the commit and a recompile will be needed.

Having something that's basically a users personal preference be unconfigurable doesn't make for a good user experience.
Making this worse than it could be is that the user is unable to simply pick a grid style, you have to cycle through grid off, then again to GRID_DOTS and you need to do it every time you load gschem

An option to allow $HOME/.gEDA/gschemrc to set a local default would be useful.
