Replied emails don't stack

Bug Description

Specifically, the email you are sending in reply to another one (using the "reply" button) are kept in the "sent" folder but don't stack with the rest of the conversation. They do stack in gmail's web interface but this is not propagated to Geary.

#4293 covers most of this problem ("full" conversations) but replies don't immediately show up in Geary. That's ticketed at http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/6902
