Geary should give an explanation when unable to connect

Bug Description
Currently if for some reason Geary can't connect (may it be an incorrect password or email, no internet connection, etc) the login window reopens automatically without any hint of what went wrong.
There should be a message, in a popup box or directly embedded in the login window to say if something went wrong during the connection to hint the user at what to verify.
