[fix] gearmand not stopped with default init script

Bug Description
I have noticed that Gearmand sometimes is not stopped correctly by its init script. That is caused by its not immediate stop. Init script should wait until Gearmand is finishing its tasks.
Fixed by adding "--retry 4" to start-stop-daemon in stop() section.
