Bug Description
the syntax completer once used Alt+Ctrl+Space to show the completion window, but the accellerator was changed to Alt+/ to avoid conflicts with gedit snippets. User can change gedit snippets to avoid the conflict, but they cannot change the syntax completer accellerator
Snippets could allow users to set the accellerator.

I made two changes to the completer.
1. The GDP proposals are merged with Snippets and Word Completions. The default accel shortcut is <Control>space and it will show all the completer plugins that are enabled.
2. You can configure a second accel shortcut to show the completer. This effectively permits you to configure both snippets and word completions.
