Bug Description
I have two monitors and keep one of the monitors mostly turned off, but the login dialog is for some reason displayed on the monitor that I mostly turn off. I would like to see a setting that would change this behavior.

What could be even better is if the login prompt were to be displayed on all monitors, then this could be a non-issue.
