Bug Description
Binary package hints:
Gnome-terminal 2.26.0
Gnome 2.26.0
Upon resuming my Sessions, which I have "Automatically remembered upon logging out" in Gnome, gnome-terminal always appears underneath my top gnome-panel. I always have to use my keyboard key combos to close the window and reopen it. Then it opens completely fine and I can drag & drop it.
It always opens in the top left hand corner of the screen.
All other windows, except gnome-terminal, open fine and in their proper places where they left in the last session on the screen (such as Firefox 3, Gimp, Applets, GEdit, Twhirl, Pidgin, etc.). The only problem program which I have to shutdown, reload, resize the windows for and move is: gnome-terminal because they open a) on top of each other and b) underneath of gnome-panel.
If I did not have a gnome-panel on the top of my primary monitor (tested) this would not occur. But the fact that it does makes it bug.
I am attaching a screen shot and my X logs.
