Looks like I can't delete old comments but further comments have been disabled for quite a while. This was probably some sort of spam bot, as you can see by the majority of the other comments...

I would suggest you to remove all of the comments or remove this page. I did find that there are some porn links in this page, this is not good for your web site both from Google's view point and also your visitor's view point. This is not
good for your web site reputation.

While I agree that this is not a good impression to give visitors, again I am unable to remove the comments at this time. I will not remove the page, since it contains useful information on downloading a desklet. The plan is to move to a different CMS, but none of us have the time or knowledge to do this right now.

Comments have been disabled but for some reason the approval queue shows up on the pages. You can delete the comments via administer->comments->approval queue, but there's 25 pages of them and no "select all" button...

I am also using the drupal, there is a checkbox in the administer->comments->approval queue at the top of checkbox, to select all in the page, then delete it page by page, you need to delete all of the 25 pages.
