Bug Description

Clean install of ubuntu 11.04 on an Asus eeepc, 32bit.

Steps to reproduce:
1. right click desktop
2. change background (brings up appearance)
3. click theme tab
4. observe that the scrollbar is not necessarily visible, this is not the bug, perhaps it is a buggy feature, though.
5. attempt to scroll the scroll bar, it might work, but sometimes it does not.
 * Scrollbar will sporadically disappear
 * Sometimes the scrollbar will follow your mouse even if you do not click it.
 * Finding the scrollbar is impossible, because it does not become visible until you mouseover it.
 * Trying to scroll with the arrow keys when the scrollbar is missing will cause the whole Theme UI to lock up.

I think this must be specific to my configuration. Please do not hesitate to ask me for assistance in reproducing this.

I meant to post this in Gnome, it has nothing to do with gchildcare. Sorry to alert you all. I cannot find a delete feature.
