This patch enables out-of-box support for targetting arm-linux-gnueabihf in GCC Linaro.
The backport will not apply cleanly due to configury changes in 4.8 Stage 1 deprecating FPA.
The patch should basically change ensure every glob for arm*-*-linux-*eabi is converted to arm*-*-linux-*eabi*
