Bug Description

The download link for the latest Source tarball is not working:

https://armkeil.blob.core.windows.net/developer/Files/downloads/gnu-rm/9-2019q4/RC2.1/gcc-arm-none-eabi-9-2019-q4-major-src.tar.bz2

This returns XML with `Code: BlobNotFound` and `Message: The specified blob does not exist.`

It is strange.

Link from this thread working. But link from original ARM page is broken

The download link for the sources archives of the GNU Arm Embedded Toolchain release 9-2019-q4-major has now been fixed on https://developer.arm.com/tools-and-software/open-source-software/developer-tools/gnu-toolchain/gnu-rm/downloads
