Bug Description

I get this error when compiling Numworks calculator firmware (epsilon) in Windows 10 64-bit

lto-wrapper.exe: fatal error: CreateProcess: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.
d:/arm/bin/../lib/gcc/arm-none-eabi/8.3.1/../../../../arm-none-eabi/bin/ld.exe: error: lto-wrapper failed
collect2.exe: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [Makefile:206: output/device/release/n0110/epsilon.elf] Error 1

I also see this in compiling a custom software package in Windows 10 64-bit. More diagnostic error codes would be helpful in giving an idea of what went wrong. As it is, it is merely a black box.
